High speed sudden cold air is used to cool the extruded melt. Meanwhile, the fibers are subjected to the tensile action of the air flow during the cooling process, and the continuous filament with high strength and stable performance is formed. After the filaments are formed into uniformly distributed monofilament structure, they are laid on the net curtain with negative pressure to form nonwoven fiber net. The fiber net is reinforced by the subsequent reinforcement device, hot rolling reinforcement, acupuncture reinforcement or spud reinforcement, and the product is rewound by the coiling device. The key steps are melt spinning, primary fiber airflow drawing, fiber forming and fiber forming.
